Dear god help

Went up to 7.5 from not feeling anything at 5. Took the shot Thurs night. It’s Saturday afternoon. I feel like absolute hell in the mornings. Like barely functioning. I have a toddler, I cant be not functioning. On top of that, I took mag07 Monday - Thursday trying to get some movement. I’m having my own fireworks. Yesterday was emptying, today is I’m trying to demolish the toilet. I’m drinking electrolytes, but all food is absolutely nauseating. Help me.
