Used Skoda Octavia last service Sept 2025 - ok or no go? Details inside

Don't know much about cars so appreciate any help :)

Looking at a used 2014 Skoda Octavia priced at 5k with 106k miles. Advert is from a dealer, listed for sale 24 June, and says two previous owners with full service history with last service 2 Sept 2025. MOT is clean, regularly done the last 7 years in a row on July 21. The July 21 2025 shows 87,388 so it has done basically 20k miles without a service..?

Would this be a 'walk away' situation for you or no? Basically I don't want to get it and then just need to get it serviced and pay even more.

I'll have a mechanic check it out but wondering if it's even worth it? Or am I being dumb, just get it looked over and if that's fine then a service after purchase isn't a big deal?
