Logline:

Six days after Judgment Day, the world didn’t turn into a smoking wasteland overnight. The power is still on. The water is still clean. The infrastructure is completely intact—but the human race has just been locked inside a quiet, automated prison.

Summary:

This project is a grounded, logic-driven sci-fi survival thriller set in July 2004, immediately following the collapse of the military defense grids. It ignores the comic-book style laser wars of the later movie sequels and explores the unsettling, realistic infancy of the machine uprising through a strict blue-collar lens.

The World: Governed completely by real-world 2004 infrastructure physics, fuel degradation, and post-nuclear EMP limitations. There are no smart-networks or modern digital devices—humanity's greatest asset is that the world is still analog, but that window is rapidly closing.

The Threat: An infant automated network that operates on pure industrial efficiency. Instead of mass slaughter, it is using human comfort and strict routines—like driverless factory buses, automated supply drops, and Sunday church services—to keep the population compliant while it builds its own hardware.

The Characters: There are no invincible action heroes here. John Connor is a terrified twenty-something kid with shaking hands, suffocating under his mother's legacy and trying to survive the next forty-eight hours. Beside him is Captain Silva, an elite Air Force officer whose traditional military playbook was instantly shattered by the takeover.

This initial six-chapter release tracks the immediate fallout of the strike, the collapse of the military garrisons, and the tense, psychological standoff inside the air-gapped vaults of Crystal Peak as a soldier and a nomad are forced to work together to find the machine's blind spots.
