Partner crashes when loading up wilds

(Apparently my last account is still glitched after reddit said they fixed it)

Whenever partner loads up the game, it crashes 9/10 times, we're at crash 35, they're running it on medium graphics and she says most of the stats for gpu and cpu are at 20% with memory around 60%.

When we do get it to load in, it runs great and doesn't crash. it only crashes after she select her character

Specs are
