Lockbox ethical use

My former Realtor filmed promotional videos for his estate investment company inside my furnished home without permission while I was on a trip.
Because of this I requested lockbox data logs of who anyone actually entered my home. I wasn’t interested in canceled showings, etc. He refused to turn over the logs and I had to get the real estate Association involved. The Data Log I finally received from him does not refer to “ key access “anywhere. Can anyone tell me how I can validate who entered? I suspect that he allowed a potential buyer/agent to enter alone .
