I’m having symptoms but it’s the weekend and I can’t see a doctor - are these symptoms of anemia?
- high fatigue for at least a week, significantly worse over the last 4-5 days.
- Feeling like i could sleep all day
- Only able to do the bare minimum (stay in bed, shower, brush teeth, cook).
- Too physically exhausted to clean or enjoy normal activities.
- Significant loss of appetite compared to my usual binge eating habits.
- Only feeling hungry once per day.
- After one meal, no hunger pains or hunger signals for the rest of the day.
- Early fullness (early satiety) feeling full after about half a bowl of food.
- Feeling like finishing one bowl is like forcing myself after a binge, with pain and extreme fullness.
- leaving about one-quarter of the bowl uneaten because i physically can’t finish it.
- little to no nausea despite the appetite loss.
- No meaningful weight loss despite eating much less.
- Feeling physically “too fat” or overly full, even though my BMI is about 22.4.
- Shortness of breath with minimal exertion, such as walking to a store 20 ft away and carrying light groceries home.
- Feeling like i might pass out after that short walk.
- Needing to sit down in the elevator to recover and catch my breath.
- Feeling internally shaky in my legs while walking (not visible trembling).
- Recently feeling more depressed than usual.
- Recently stopped eating chicken (the only meat I ate previously), but I eat a bit of protein daily
- hair loss since 4 years ago but female hair loss is genetic in my family
