Help needed!

Guys! I need help :)

For whatever reason and after almost 300 hours (oops..) the game doesn't load anymore. Once I start the game, I get the welcome xyz screen, confirm and afterwards the game is stuck at the loading screen.

I have tried all I can think of and what I found online. Cleared the cache by taking the xbox off power for a couple of minutes. Cleared locally saved files, signed out of my profile and re-connected, re-installed the game, but none of that had any effect.

Does anybody have an idea what elde I could try? I'd be very grateful for some help here... thank you!
