Grease trap to bucket conversion?

I have a 3 embers brand gas grill and it has a small grease trap that is super annoying to manage. I was just cleaning up the grill to use it when I pondered if someone makes a conversion to convert it to a spout and have it dump into a bucket behind the grill, smoker style.

I may try to fabricate one, but if it already exists, I'd totally buy it.
