D/S elimination

Does anyone has any updates regarding the D/S thing?Iam just confused and need illustration as a transfer student in fall 2027 like do we depart the country and come back?or do we apply for EOS and when do we apply for EOS?it just has been stressing me out even tho I still have a whole year but I didn’t think once it would be eliminated until the comments period has ended. I would appreciate anyone who could illustrate this matter
