Dublin mechanic

Looking for a Dublin Northside mechanic. IV a cbr 250 r mc17 parked years in the shed . I want to get on the road.

It had a new mc19 engine fitted before been parked. It was tried to be stolen so is missing ignition. IV new one ready to be to be fit. Any recommendations
