Can't see a specific post

So my friend tagged me in a post, and when i go to look at it, it won't show up. in the chat it shows up as unavailable message. i looked in the content preferance section in the settings and made sure it's standard, and it still didn't work. The friend posted the post on their story, but i can see this story only on pc, and not in the mobile app. anyone knows why?
