How to run the forest oracle in 5e?

I'm a new-ish dm and I'm thinking about running the forest oracle for my friends for shits and giggles because of how bad it is. I don't want to fix the module or make it better, because any friends i gather to play this will be aware that its supposed to be bad and will consent for the purposes of making fun of it. But most of my friends and I have only played 5e, and I would rather not have to learn AD&D right now just for this stupid one-shot. I want the run the adventure as closely to written as possible. I know some youtubers have done it, but I was wondering about any advice for how best to run it in 5e 2024 without trying to fix it. Also I should mention that its designed for 6-8 players, but I almost certainly won't have that many players. I would expect around 3-4. Given that I don't want to fix this and run it as written, how much should I adjust for the less players,if at all? I really just want to keep the spirit of the adventure (the spirit being how awful the adventure is. If you know you know).
