Can I refund a purchase more than once?

I bought elden ring yesterday but it had these weird lines everytime I moved my camera. I decided to refund it but I think I found a way to fix it today. My question is if i buy it again tdy can I refund it if this fix I found doesnt work. I have 31 min playtime. Thank you in advance
