First i contacted the customer service and after stalling me up with dumb abd unnecesarry questions i was told to write my issue in report setciton and create a ticket, i dont know why but saying it first or writing a text before entering customer service would be more helpfull.

And to finish it up if you have a similar issue please dont type it if you dont have an solution and if you want to please type it clean so everyone can understand it both now and in future
