When do Grounds close on Finals Weekend

Hey everyone, do any of you have experience with being at Wimbledon during the Finals (specifically the Saturday)?

When do the actual Grounds (the whole complex is what I mean here)close, as well as the shops? Can we roam around and grab a bite after the final?
