I(21F) don't have any friends, none in college, none in gym. How come people have so many friends to always hangout with??

My college friends are temporary and fake, I know that the day college will end these friendships will disappear too. I had 1 friend in college but she is fake too.

I go to gym too but I don’t talk to anyone there and no body talks to me either.
I just feel everyone has so many friends, a fun active life and just good things whereas I just sit at home all day watching YouTube and Netflix.
I feel like a kind of a loser tbh.
