Looking for feedback - 1 year use casual user

I probably use the blackstone 4 times a month on average. Typical stuff for young family. French toast, fried rice, eggs and bacon, udon, pulled pork, etc

Wondering what people think of the blackstones condition

-black still on papertowel after a clean

-am I cleaning and seasoning it properly? I usually dont do this deep a clean with the water but it seemed grimy

-cleaning vs keeping seasoned best practices

-red showing up when I scrape it

-any other input or maintenance advice from an enthusiast
