Beta Readers for writing

Hey guys, I’ve been writing stories since 1st grade and I do have goals to publish some of my favorites in the future. What I have trouble with my writing process is not having a beta reader because a new pair of eyes is so ”eye-opening” to my writing process. It gets rid of my coyness and I get feedback on what I write.

How does one acquire a beta reader?
