Creepy Driving Instructor

23F. At first, my instructor (+40M) seemed nice. But his behavior has been inappropriate.

In class, he told the students how his friends died in horrible, graphic ways. He also offered an 18F 🇺🇦 refugee to drive her home in private because they live on the same street.

The first driving lecture, he is normal. The 2nd, he mentions how my arms are tense, and if he should tickle me. I say no 3 times before he stops and reaches out for my neck, as if he is about to tickle me, then says "bad joke." He also asks if I like racist jokes, and I say no. But he insists and tells one about a certain race and uses a slur.

The third lecture is normal. The fourth one, he says out of the blue "we are going to snog/make out." I ask "what?" He repeats "we are going to make out. The law says you have to kiss your driving teacher." I say no and keep driving. He says it was a joke because there was a sign saying "drive and kiss." Then he tells me how he once saw two men give each other a BJ in public.

He also took photos of me. I ask "why?" He said so he can send them to me, but I have no received any yet.

He also made jokes of a certain religion, and asked if I am religious. He said these people are 💣 as a joke and later said he hates religion.

Should I do something about it? He seems kinda socially unaware more than hostile. But I know it is weird behavior. I do not look particularly pretty, so I am not sure if his intention is ill. I do find it gross in the moment though.

The teen boys in my class said he asks them private questions. I am not sure what exactly. But he talks a lot and is very extrovert.
