What is the best location in West London to open a used car showroom?

I am currently involved in the Japanese used car export business and supply vehicles to dealers in the UK I'm noww exploring the idea of opening my own used car showroom in West London and would appreciate advice from people with experience in the UK motor trade.

I'm specifically looking for an area that has strong customer demand, good visibility, plenty of drive-by traffic, and reasonable commercial rents. My focus would be on imported Japanese vehicles such as the Toyota Prius, Toyota Aqua, Volkswagen Golf, BMW, Audi, and other similar models.

I've been researching areas such as Hayes, Southall, Wembley, Park Royal, and Hounslow, but I'd like to hear from people who have first-hand experience of running or owning a dealership.

Which locations would you recommend, and are there any areas I should avoid? I would also appreciate any advice on commercial property, local competition, or other factors that are important when choosing a showroom location.
