Hiring Manager Review Application Status

My applications have been stuck in Hiring Manager Review for over a month now. I've applied for around 80 roles, and not a single application has moved beyond this status. Every new application I submit also goes directly into Hiring Manager Review.

I have already raised a support request but haven't received a response yet.

Does anyone know how long the review process usually takes? When can I expect any updates? Is it normal for applications to remain in this status for this long?
