Fireworks at Bowie Baysox Stadium?

We have a houseful of under-12s visiting and one of them has a birthday today. In past years we've watched the DC fireworks from our neighborhood, but not if they won't start until 10:30+. So then we planned to go to the Alexandria ones instead, but then they postponed until next week due to heat.

The Bowie Baysox sell tickets to a whole festival ending in fireworks, but we just care about the fireworks part. We don't want to buy tickets for the whole afternoon's festivities if we won't be enjoying that part. Does anyone know if you can see their fireworks from the Home Depot parking lot next door to them? Our birthday kid wants a real fireworks show.
