Boston 250 - Complete and Total Bust?

Walking around the city today and it feels like a regular Saturday. Barely anything going on in any of the downtown hotspots. We tried to attend a few performances for the so-called “Harborfest” and they were no-shows. No information or details posted. FIFA fan fest which has been lighting up city hall for the last few weeks - shuttered. Did the city fall asleep at the wheel here?
