Help my pc wont turn on

My pc is
9070xt
Ryzen 5 9600x
Rog strix b650-a
16gigs of ram
Rog thor 2 850W

Only my motherboard has the rgb light on the left wich is apart of the astethic. nothing else has anything nor will they turn on.

Ive tried to reset cmos, drain the residual power, reseat my ram, and tried to short my power button. It stopped working 3 days ago ive had this pc for 1 week before it just stopped working it was working well. I dont know what to do, i tried calling to a fixing place and they said that rog strix motherboards do this and if they fix it, the same problem may occur again. Im thinking of just refunding the motherboard and getting another one.

Is there any fix? If there is please give me some tips that could start my pc and fix this issue.
This is my first pc that ive made im super new to this so i dont know what to do.
