Tattoo artist reccomendation

Pretty self explanatory. I've moved recently from Dundee where I got a tattoo from Hannah at Bank Street, she was amazing and the tattoo is perfect, no complaints, but it would be nice to not have to go back to Dundee for another/future tatoos

Style wise, traditional 90s gaming/cartoon style with lots of colour, will need someone who is good with designing too as I have themes/ideas but no set design sorted. I have the palest of pale skin so it doesn't need to be someone experienced with darker skin tones ect.

Thanks!
