[RevShare] Looking for a Writer / Narrative Designer for a Mystery Otome Visual Novel

At Rhon Studios, we're looking for one or more writers / narrative designers to join our team on a RevShare basis for the development of a mystery and suspense otome visual novel.

As we're currently a growing indie studio without external funding, we're unable to offer upfront payment. Instead, all core team members will receive a Revenue Share (RevShare) agreement, with profits distributed proportionally based on each contributor's involvement if the game generates revenue.

In addition, we offer:

Official credit for all the work you contribute to the project.

Priority consideration for future paid positions once the studio secures funding.

Real experience working on a narrative-driven game development project.

100% remote collaboration with flexible schedules.

A letter of recommendation upon completion of the collaboration, if you need one.

We're looking for someone to help us develop the story, narrative, and characters for the game. We already have a core idea and vision for the project, but we need a creative writer who can help turn that idea into a compelling script with engaging dialogue and memorable characters.

Previous professional experience isn't required—we care much more about creativity, passion, and commitment than experience.

We already have voice actors in both Spanish and English on board, so we're now looking for a writer who can create the script that will bring the story and its characters to life.
