OCI Holder - SIR form recevied, should i ignore it?

Almost 10 years i am in OCI and also doing regular ITR filling as Non-resident status for my india property income but recently in india, my parents received my SIR form to be filled out and i am bit surprised why my name is under voter list now. So far i am in assumption when india citizen is surrender automatically my name will be removed in voting list. In youtube video, somebody saying i need to return the SIR filled form with Form 7. What's action i need to take it or should i ignore it?
