Lore for my OCs if they weren't hazbin hotel(you dont need to read it)

One out of each type of animal is secretly infected with a very small amount of a mysterious poison. Over time, those thousands of animals bit and passed their poison to humans-turning them  back into normal animals. But the humans? The poison changed their genes and DNA. Those thousands of infected humans turned into hybrid-animal monsters, allowing them to possess immense strength and dark magic. They somehow all found each other and realized their similar fate, and created a secret civilization-the Therian Alliance- hidden from the rest of earth to protect themselves and the humans, keeping them from harming people. They remained secret for decades-until their civilization was discovered by a group of scientists. News spread around the globe rapidly.

Most scientists wanted to capture and study the toxic fluid running in the blood of the monsters, but  some humans protested. They wanted to leave them alone and respected their isolation, knowing those monsters used to be humans too. A conflict was created.

The strongest hybrids were The Apex Brothers-Grimshaw, Malakor, Vulpis, And Caspian. They are very loyal to each other and the rest of the hybrids, and tried to defend their world after it was discovered. The oldest brother was Grimshaw, who was bitten by a wolf. He is serious and dominant, but still has a jokeful side. He can summon darkness, teleport, fire plasma beams,and grow a massive, almost 30 feet tall. In that form, his claws and fangs would grow and he would destroy anything he likes. Although he holds onto a diamond staff, he only uses it during absolute emergencies. Who knows what kind of magic it holds.

 Malakor is Vulpis’s twin and was bitten by a rabid eagle. He loves to tease Caspian and is constantly mysterious to the other hybrids. He has the ability to turn his fingers into razor-sharp talons, he has excellent vision, and has a monstrous form of a dark-feathered phoenix with red and gold edges at the feathers and tail, leaving him immense dark magic like when he makes an ear-piercing bir call, seven oblivion orbs surround him and fires at the target. His talons, beak, and eyes would turn gold and he would possess demotic magic. Like Grimshaw, he has a hawk staff that has extremely sharp feather edges he used to slice…well, anything he can’t slice.

Vulpis is a fox hybrid and let’s just say-he really, really loves trickery and pranks, which he constantly does to his brothers. He can create copies of himself and has the ability to manipulate shadows. When he slams his staff on the ground, a huge pulse would blaze through the area and he would grow nearly 20 feet tall and nine huge, flamed kitsune tails would sprout behind him as his teeth grow sharp and his eyes(a third one would open up on his forehead that has night vision) would glow a blazing red. Whenever he feels like it, he would blow on something and set it on fire, usually his brother’s belongings. His pentagram staff has an eye in the center for a specific reason:spying. He can crack the pentagram section off and leave it anywhere. The eye on it sees anything that goes past it, also meaning Vulpis can see two places at once.

 Caspian, the youngest, is very confident and energetic during dangerous situations. He is a tiger hybrid and  can run extremely fast, and is a master of anything related to physical fighting. His main weapon is a titanium-hard  pole with tiger stripes. Both ends would grow sharp claws in certain situations. Unlike his brother, he doesn’t have a full, towering form, but his tail could stretch up to ten feet long, which he used to knock down trees or hang onto anything like a monkey. 

Sable is a black panther hybrid and is usually emo-like but still loves action. She has dark hair and eyes and wears a leather jacket and pants. She usually blends in perfectly with the night, allowing her to spy on humans. She is great at sneaking around and physical combat she learned from Caspian.
