House swap

Hi all.

I inherited a house on a greek island in the Cyclades however as a young Greek I can no longer stand the state of the country right now and since my whole life and career has been abroad, I am thinking of selling the house at 700-800.000€ and going for a villa in Spain.

Which region(s) would you recommend? Is it possible to find a villa with a swimming pool and privacy at around 1 million there?
