Question regarding ECFMG certification.

What is the expected time for ECFMG certification after being done with both steps and pathway approval? I have completed my step-1 and pathway is approved. So much time would it take for ECFMG certification to be approved and updated on ERAS. Also as far I understand only ECFMG status update is needed on ERAS, not the actual physical certificate, right?
