MY CAT GOT SPAYED

So three days ago my cat got spayed and has stayed at the vet for three days (we let her stay there so that she spends the most critical days in veterinary care) and today we got her back home and she's a very verbal and active cat and has been wanting to get out of the room but we can't let her do that. We all have ptsd from the time my other cat got her arm fractured and it was SO SO SO HARD to take care of her and stop her from jumping or any physical activity. Can fellow cat parents pls help me in how do i manage my cat and make these 10 days easier for her and us. Also, i need advice on how much should we restrict her activity and prevent her from licking her stitches. We make her wear e collar but she absolutely hates it. SO PLEASE I NEED HELLPP
