Aio coz i broke up with my gf for not paying the whole bill?

Hey! So I'm a 25m dating my gf 27f since one year. Our relationship has had its ups and downs but its okay to say that she's a nice woman and a huge extrovert with lots of friends and buddies. I'm okay with that too coz thats how we met and got together. She joined a new company around 6 months aga and it pays good and has good perks too.

Now coming to the main issue, she has obviously made a good number of friends there and most of them are females.

One of those lady, a woman in 40s is a big enthusiast of women empowerment which again is commendable. Point is, she got my gf on the same bus which also is acceptable because i agree, we need to empower women greatly in this economy and era.

Thing is, my gf uses the women empowerment card only when it brings her the advantage. For example, when its about driving my very new car which i dont wanna give anyone to drive (specially her coz she'sa really shitty driver) she says I'm being very misogynist and not supporting her as a woman??? Dumb ikr.

A few weeks ago she asked me for 30k dollars voz she and her women empowerment enthusiast besties wanna start a business of clothes which is gonna be "for a woman, by woman and from a woman". Mind you those 30k is my savings of years of hard work which I saved to buy a big apartment for my parents who have been my rock through all the bad times.

I obviously denied saying sorry I cant risk the money I worked my ass off for. Here too she did a big drama, called me a big misogynist and a women hater who should never have a daughter in future.

Now yesterday we were out for a dinner date and I'm a little short on money rn coz i got some renovations done in my house. I told her not to order alot coz i knew I'd be the one paying the bill but still she got a 40 dollars steak with an expensive dessert too. I obv told her not to but she told me that we'd figure out.

Now when the bill arrived, she tried excusing herself for bathroom and told me to pay and come straight to the parking lot coz she felt sleepy. I was pissed asf. So fuckjng pissed. I obv didnt let her go and told her to split the bill with me coz it wasn't me who ordered this expensive meal and i didn't eat it alone too. She tried being dramatic asf, called me an asshole and when i still didnt budge, she went around calling me a big ass misogynist (yeah seems like she learnt that word just recently) a woman hater again and how 2 of my exes cheated on me coz i might have been the same with them. I was called an excuse of a man who should never have a woman in his life and my mom is prolly gonna start hating me too. Alot things more which i dont wanna note down coz its childish asf.

Well i did make her pay half the bill. Called her out for being selfish asf and told her to fuck herself coz i dont wanna deal with this horrendous personality again. I left her alone in the hotel, never looked back despite her calling me names and following me. I got into my car, quickly locked the doors and drove away while she tried running behind while calling me the biggest misogynist of the world.

Now a few of her old friends are ringing me up, texting me about how she's been crying and is a mess coz of me just coz j couldn't pay a bill of few dollars. She even called my mom but thankfully I had given her a heads-up of the situation already.

So..

I know I'm not in the wrong, my mum said so too but I still wanna by your pov if i was overreacting by breaking up with her over a bill.
