Microfreezes on laptop

Hi, i play on laptop since i dont have a pc. I got some performance and can get around 70 fps. But since a few weeks ive had microfreezes of ~0.5 seconds every minute or so and its really annoying. I set the installation to 7G, maybe that has something to do with it.

Does anyone know the cause of this or how i could fix it? Thanks!
