Best glitter pens for annotating without bleed-through or smearing?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but here goes:

What glitter pens do you recommend for annotating books? I'm also open to suggestions for regular pens or highlighters, but glitter pens are what I'm most interested in. I don't want anything that bleeds through the pages or smears, so I'd love recommendations for annotation tools that are safe to use on book paper.
