Looking for a budget, ultra-quiet BLDC fan recommendation

I'm looking for an economical BLDC ceiling fan that's very quiet. I can compromise on airflow/performance since I'll mostly be using it at speed 1 or 2, so air delivery isn't a major concern.

My priorities are:

• Very silent operation
• Sleep mode
• Timer function
• Good reliability
• Budget-friendly

Which models would you recommend based on your experience? Thanks!
