What’s the actual schedule at 9dpo?

Like the title says, I’m interested in what you ladies are actually doing (or did). Break it down for me.

I feel like I’m sitting around ALOT but I’m also not in a ton of discomfort. It’s summer. I have older elementary aged kids, largely in day camps, and a husband who works from home, so I have ample help. I do recognize a couple of times where I definitely pushed and paid for it. I had a laparoscopic procedure and I’ve been getting good sleep at night.

Here’s mine over the last couple days:

Wake around 7.
Eat yogurt or leftovers.
During the week, remind my kids to move along in the getting ready for camp process.
Say bye to kids as dad takes to camp.
Throw away some trash/clear the table.
Watch tv.
Try and get some steps in around the house putting things where they go or just literally speed walking like a weirdo.
Try doing some weight free Pilates arm moves and aerobic step ups.
Put away some easy to reach clothes.
More tv.
More tv and a movie.
Nap? But really texting and scrolling.
Small nap.

And that gets me to about 11am.

Seriously…

Sometimes I’ll add in an outdoor walk but haven’t pushed past a little over half a mile.

Today I unloaded the dishwasher and started loading easy things.

Should I just sit back down?!? Ahhhhh
