Got Scammed and Lost my console account. Is there a way I can get it back and have any of you experienced this?

Okay I am going to keep it short, back in 2022 when I was working on Fiverr I got one of this jobs (or should I say scams) in which I will post apps for them on my account I think for a couple of month and will also work with them maintaining apps in the future but all of the apps are illegal and will get you account banned. Looking back it was very suspicious and I was very naïve to online scams and I didn't even suspect when I got warning messages, back then it looked like it was related to image size and other account issues which I used to get rather than warning me about illegal apps.

Plus I didn't know what bad things can happen as long as I am the one in control and I am just giving them permission to use my account. And I was very eager to earn my very first dollar online and was just very excited about this so I was very blind and to be honest it kind of helped me with confidence that I can earn online which can be a big hurdle to overcome for those who never did. But anyways I got scammed and lost my account and tried to appeal saying that it was a scam and I was never involved in such things like I only published 2 apps (one in beta) during the 3 years I owned it and the apps were published by new people that tricked me but it was rejected.

The game I published was getting popular so I was bummed out I lost my account and my app. So now I just wanted to ask, are there people here that were victim of this scam? I know there are a lot of people that were caught by this as I see those kind of jobs everywhere including Upwork and are there other people that got their account back and if so how did you do it? I was just curious to know if there are any options because right now I can't even get a new account even if I paid the fee again?
