Jup Debit Card

My jup card was declined just now. I have plenty of cash in the account and was able to check out at the grocery store. There is no pin setup on the card so I just skipped it by clicking the credit option and that was approved. Then went to another store and it was declined. So now I guess I wait 2 days to hear back from support.
