Budget PVP Loadouts Help (NO FREEKIT)

I need to know the best budget loadouts. I'm talking about the cheapest kits that get the job done.

What you need to know...

1. I'm terrible and will be sent back to Speranza very often. The kits need to be as sustainable as possible.

2. Act like I have no blueprints but do have a level 3 hideout.

I don't want people telling me to upgrade to level 4 this or that, or even to stop being cheap.

An example of some good advice could be "upgrade to level 2 of this gun because it's not much worse than level 4" and "Compensator 1 is just as good as compensator 2 for this weapon."

I just want a kit that'll get the job done and can be run over and over and over with little to no worry about materials.
