LG 77" C6H need help deciding

Hi the 77" LG C6H is currently on sale for $3500 CAD (1000 off the normal 4500 retail), this is around $2500 USD based on conversion rates. Is this a good price or will promotions during black friday blow these prices out of the water. I don't currently have a tv so if it's a difference of $200 CAD then no but if I can save $500+ CAD by waiting till black friday then I will.

Furthermore, at best buy they recommended I add a $700 4-year full protection plan. Is this worth including or should I just buy the tv outright with no warranty other than the manufacturers.
