Any important graphics settings to turn off/on?

I have been playing Ascended for a bit now and finally went into the settings to try and tweak the graphics settings to improve my FPS. I currently only get around 70 FPS when playing on Medium preset and would have expected more with my hardware. I did read that the game is very CPU dependent so it could just be my CPU bottlenecking the system but if wanted to know if there were any graphics settings that would ruin my performance if left on.

CPU: Ryzen 5 9600x

RAM: 32GB DDR5

GPU: Radeon RX 9070XT
