It was my name. Some one shouted phonetics remotely similar to my sound sign. All around as I looked had been damp dark walls, each painted with the lashes of time. The water in the jug, filthy jug, beside jumped to ripples, as I heard my name, and soon the ringing that followed.
My hand flinched, and I had felt not, not control nor feelings, as it moved past into the silent shrill that bore deep holes in my spine.
There was a pale, apparition in front of me, at least I hoped, it remained. Its eyes had sunken into fungus holds, and its skin chewed like scratching rubber. Black and void had to believe eyes for belief, and sparkle shone none with light source.
I asked, in barely a whisper, “Ghoul? Ghoul!, have you come for me?”
“ATlaSt We MEet.”
“I do not expect you.”
It had come closer, sweeping along the stench of dread. I did not realize for the first speck of emotion had crossed itself from me, grand in a memory strainer.
“AlAs! WhY doNt you Scare?”
Black ridges vented around its vocal orifice, as its throat strained in each contest. Its mouth breathed along with its chest. It had frail, cut, and jagged cloth drag below, though its legs were as best as emotion.
“YeS.. yEs, foR YoU, YOu DEseRve A WiSh, I beHoLd”
“I… I possess no wish, not for man, nature, the air and you”.

The voice quivered, and I deciphered much.

The plants around me looked haste, ladled in care of green and smell of earth. The door beside me swung to open, and revealed the emptiness behind, as the wind crashed against benign creatures, conscious and unheard, both. The blue sky opened the mysticism criticism to null, and evoked the vastness of existence.
But, I had no wish.
The presence echoed in the hall space of my mind, and I turned aghast breathless for if no wish. Though I sat down, suffering as not much than I had perceived, but the ghoul waited, and my entity against it.
“SpEAk. TeLl. WhiSPer.”

It followed me everywhere. Whether be the oceans that swelled with sorrow, or the birds that squeaked, i decided its presence everywhere. It stuck to me, riddling through my efforts, though half heartedly enough to make me realize of its presence. My neck cried with tears of unselfish passion, and my eyes judged every star and until the ghoul could break me again.
“SpEAk. TeLl. WhiSPer.”

How i remained rather wishless, that i had not knew. However the gratuity of the entity’s insistence had me dumb to choose against. I began committing crimes, biting a handful sand, from a child’s hand. Pillaging the dark waters, then with algal residence emboweled, and fish raw, full with maggots, half eaten that I ate. I had no wish.

The Walls greeted me once again.
The water jug had tipped over, and my hand did not flinch.
I asked “Tell me Your wish?”

The ghoul appeared once again, with shackles tight sprung along the indefinable lower torso, with hands that fell bleak, it whispered
“I Have no Wish” it said, as we exchanged our places, for one who did not remain selfish suffered and awaits the crux of equilibrium that never breaks, ironheart.
“I WiLl ExPeCT yOU. bE sOOn.”
