Pro account misery

Hi all, I'm very frustrated with Vinted at the moment and just need to get this off my chest I think. I started a Pro account because I discovered I really love vintage/vintage-style close and I needed a hobby that got me out of the house. I like to stick by the rules so rather than try to sell commercially I started a pro account. Not making a lot of money but that's not the point. I only buy and sell things I like anyway. Several issues I am encountering now are

1. for the past two weeks my adverts are barely showing. I checked with my old account and some cannot be found at all. I contacted support but they are useless (I know others have had this issue as well)

2. I'm seeing lots of people clearly using a regular account for commercial selling. I never report them because that feels petty, but I guess I'm annoyed that here I am playing by the rules while others are not.

Anyone else having issues with their pro account being almost invisible?
