Wth is wrong with my roblox account

i used roblox vng for while and i CANT EVEN TRY to check my age. Now i think my account is gone forever. My whole freaking 5 -7 years is now gone. The robux, the gamepasses, everything,just gone... i think vng is the worst company ever to own roblox, apart from roblox global is better than that
