Me and gf took 0.5 yesterday first dose.

So me and my gf took 0.5mg each yesterday as our first dose. I felt a bit nauseous yesterday but honestly if anything we both feel the same amount of hunger. Wondering if it would be a good idea to take another 0.5 each today or to just wait until next week and dose 1mg each as planned.
