Is any battery based beam secondary kitgun as good as Tenet cycron?

I have seen some people discussing who is better, cycron or nukor. But then i wonder, if cycron is good because its a battery weapon, why not make your own kitgun with that?

But honestly, it seem the status chance, critical chance , crit multiplier and range are all inferior on kitguns.

I could try to compare also using riven potential, but would rather not make decisions based on godrolls
