Help needed

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice from anyone with experience getting a Finnish/Schengen tourist visa for a Pakistani spouse.

I'm a Finnish citizen, and my husband lives in Pakistan. We are legally married. I'm due to have a C-section next month, and we'd like him to visit Finland for 1–2 months to help me recover and take care of our newborn.

My husband has strong ties to Pakistan:

He has 4 children living there.

His mother and siblings also live there.

He has been a partner in a retail business since April.

He has around €1,500 in his bank account.

We know tourist visas can be difficult to obtain, so we're wondering what documents or evidence would make the application stronger. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any tips on what helped their application?
