The Beef, Prequel series?

Maybe this has been discussed already, but I’d sign up for a few seasons of “The Beef” as a prequel series centered on John Bernthal. You can literally bring back every supporting character and tell more of the story around Mikey. The Gary episode was great. Feels like there’s more to be told.
