Body memories coping

I just had sex with my boyfriend, didn’t really want to, didn’t really care though. My body is feeling really bad I don’t know how to name or describe what I feel. Feels like I’m somewhat reliving past grape but not consciously. I feel like screaming and hurting myself but I don’t know why. I just don’t know what to do with myself and don’t have anyone to talk to.
