Successful Pregnancy Stories?

I had HA for a little more than a year, and went through two recovery cycles. Me (23F) and my husband (25M) have been trying for a baby for just about a year now. I’ve maintained a decently steady period throughout this effort (34 day cycle) but haven’t had any success.

Are there any current/past success stories & advice anyone can share about conception post-HA? The constant negative tests have me feeling hopeless and are getting me down.

Im also currently experiencing an extra long cycle (55 days & ongoing) and am very worried I’ve lost it again (pregnancy tests have been so far been negative).
